The Manzer Wedge

Linda Manzer first incorporated a "wedge" body design in her "Pikasso" multi-string instrument made for
Pat Metheny. She says that most of her flattop guitars are now ordered with the wedge. With her
permission, I offer the wedge option on my Mini Jumbo, Concert Jumbo, and the soon-to-be-available
Big Dog Baritone.

The wedge is noticeably more comfortable than a standard deep-bodied guitar. Tone is not changed,
since the amount taken off one side is added to the other. And the wedge is not visually noticeable to
the player or audience. It's an inspired design!
